         A year passed since English Speaking Policy has been implemented in Abada College. To become an international school and to be globally competitive institution are one of its main purposes. Now, Abada College is known as an “English Speaking Campus”. This was the first institution in Pinamalayan that implements a policy in terms of English Speaking around the campus.

          Before this policy was been implemented, there are lot of students who was not in favor about this. Different opinions and reactions burst out. As we can notice, most of the students didn’t know on how to speak in English correctly especially when they are talking in front of the teachers or to other people. It is difficult for them to get the exact and right words that they should be used in constructing a grammar. Others cannot express their thoughts in a right way and takes a lot of time for them to make a task using English language. These are some of those many reasons on why English Speaking policy has been implemented. With this, students of Abada College can comfortably socialize to other people not only outside the campus but also around the world.  Practicing and preparing every student in terms of English Speaking will be a big factor in this institution to be more globally competitive. It is pleasant to have this kind of policy at Abada College because it could be helpful to everyone.

         At first, it became a hard for students to speak using English language. But as the time goes by , most of them can apply this policy. English Speaking policy is getting more effective. Even though there are students who experience  difficulties, still they are making the best of it for them to improve in speaking English. Abada College was not only an English Speaking Campus where we can based and measured the the students’ skills but also an institution that will build and develop everyone’s ability in all aspects.

10 TIPS ON HOW TO MAKE WORKS EASY

  1.    Learn how to manage your time.

         Time is very essential once you make a work. You must know how to manage and handle your time so you won’t get rush. Time is running so fast and you can’t notice that you are running out of time to make your works. Don’t waste your time in doing nonsense things.

  2.     Do your works as early as possible.

        If you want to finish your works faster, doing it as early as possible will help you to make it easily. By simply doing this, it will help you to reduce your works so it will not be overloaded.

  3.     Make a notes or to-do-list.

        If you have plenty of things to make and you don’t know what work will you do first then make a to-do-list. You’ll be needing this check list so will not forget those works that you need to make. When some of your works are done, it’s the only time that you can delete or erase it on your check list.

  4.    Avoid Multi-tasking.

       Other says that when you’re making multi-tasking, you will finish your works faster. This kind of habit is actually slowing you down and making your works harder. Just only focus on one work so your mind will be clear. Move on to another thing when you’re almost done doing your first wok.

  5.     Delegate some of your works.

       When you’re making a group activity or works, delegate some of the works to your other members. From this way, you will easily finish the task.

  6.    Don’t pressure yourself.

       In doing a work, you don’t need to pressure yourself. This will just make you stressful and it will be hard for you to think and focus on your work. Just relax your mind and take a nap for a few minutes to enhance your analytical abilities.

  7.     Be sure that everything is well organized.

          Before you start making your works, make sure that the things you need was already prepared. So once you are starting doing your work, your time will not be wasted on looking for things that you will use. This is a key to make your work easier.

  8.     Have fun on what you are doing.

          It is very crucial that you are dedicated on a work that you are doing. This will be easier for you to finish a work when you are having fun on it. Your mood is one factor that is needed to have a better and good work.

  9.    Don’t over plan.

        It is hard to finish a work when you have a lot of plan. Over planning will just make your work difficult because your mind is not focus on a single idea.

  10.  Ask guidance from God.

      This is the very important thing that you must not forget when you’re making a work. Asking a help and a guidance from God will help you to finish your work faster because He will give you a knowledge and a peaceful mind so you can focus on your works.
